Treatment Introduction
Reepot Laser
Repot Laser is a laser device designed to treat pigmented lesions such as solar lentigines and age spots. Its cooling technology helps minimize discomfort and allows for a quick treatment.
Treatment Procedure
Automatically adjusts laser intensity to accommodate uneven pigmentation. The Hyper Cooling Tech handpiece helps minimize discomfort. You can return to your daily activities immediately after treatment. It uses CPTL technology with contact cooling and VSLS® technology with a cooling mechanism.
Precautions
1. Although the wound has healed after pigmentation removal, the outer skin layer remains thin, so it is important to minimize skin irritation as much as possible. Redness may occur after treatment as part of the normal healing process and will gradually subside over time.

2. After removing the hydrocolloid dressing, if you have been prescribed a steroid ointment for the treated area, use it as directed by your doctor. (Typically, twice daily for two weeks.)

3. In addition to the prescribed ointment, it is recommended to use a regenerative cream containing growth factors such as EGF to support skin recovery.

4. For skin types prone to melasma or hyperpigmentation, pigmentation may develop during recovery, typically 1–2 months after treatment, even if the skin initially appears to be healing well. Recovery time varies from person to person and may take approximately 3–6 months, but the pigmentation generally fades over time.

5. Avoid skin irritation for two months after treatment. Double cleansing with oil cleansers, exfoliation, scrubs, and retinoid-based skincare products may irritate the skin and delay recovery. If you have skin that is prone to developing solar lentigines, it is advisable to continue avoiding these irritants.

6. For two months after treatment, be especially diligent about sun protection whenever you go outdoors. Avoid swimming and prolonged sun exposure until the skin has fully recovered.

7. Most superficial solar lentigines can be removed within 1–2 sessions. However, depending on the pigmentation, additional treatment may be needed for any remaining deeper pigmentation. Please visit the clinic if further treatment is necessary.

8. Do not remove the DuoDERM dressing applied by the clinic. Keep it in place for two weeks (14 days).

9. If the DuoDERM dressing becomes soft or swollen with fluid, do not remove it. Apply a new DuoDERM dressing over the existing one.
